Congratulation on the distinction - and on the new position.
I’ll back off from giving advice, because I suspect you’re more than capable of working out your own style of teaching. All I’ll say is this: I find this job a great challenge because teaching is not the same as learning. Beyond that, I’m still finding my way too.
