Facebook find - Giuliani’s daughter backs Obama

I told you once you’re on the web people can find you! Sorry, I couldn’t help but use the “I told you” line.

In a roundup of the blogosphere, Dave Lucas tells us how Democrat Barack Obama was given the nod over Republican, presidential hopeful Rudy Giuliani by (BIG GASP)… his own daughter. How did the world find out? Facebook. Seventeen-year-old Caroline had joined the Facebook group, Barack Obama (One Million Strong for Barack), and Slate Magazine caught wind of it. Her profile can be viewed by Facebook users who have access to New York City’s Trinity School or Harvard University networks.

Now, the girl may have joined the group out of mere competitive intelligence techniques, or maybe she really wants America to have its first Black President. Who knows?

Nevertheless, the news media got wind of it and there was no stopping the coverage that followed. Click this link for a Yahoo News article.

I told you! :)
